Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes, our products are formulated to be safe for the most sensitive population subgroups, including pregnant and breastfeeding women. All our products are formulated in accordance with the highest international standards, with safety assured from the very first ingredient to provide our customers with safe and effective products that work in harmony with the skin. For breastfeeding women, we recommend avoiding application of any cosmetic products to areas that come into frequent contact with the baby's mouth, such as the neck and chest.

From what age can ALT+K products be used safely?

Safety and gentleness are at the heart of our formulations. Our products undergo rigorous safety protocols and are formulated to be kind to the most delicate and sensitive skin, including teenage skin. We prioritize non-comedogenic ingredients, making our makeup ideal for acne-prone and puberty-affected skin. We do not recommend our products for children under the age of 12, as younger children have less developed skin barriers, making them more susceptible to irritation. Additionally, we believe it's ethically important to allow children to embrace their natural beauty without the pressures of makeup at such a young age.

My skin is sensitive and/or acne-prone, can I still use the ALT+K products?

ALT+K products are all dermatologically tested and formulated to be well-tolerated by sensitive skin. For those with highly sensitive or reactive skin, a patch test is always recommended before trying any new cosmetic product.

Are ALT+K cosmetics suitable for skin with rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis or cystic acne?

While all ALT+K products are dermatologically tested and formulated for sensitive skin, they are not intended to treat medical skin conditions such as rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis or cystic acne. As we have not specifically tested our products on skin affected by these conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor or dermatologist before use. Additionally, we advise performing a patch test before trying any new cosmetic product, especially if you have very sensitive or reactive skin.

How long will it take before I get my order?

We typically deliver within 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your order.

Do you do international shipment?

We currently ship within the India only. However, we're actively working to offer international shipping soon. Where are you located?
