Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened beauty products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product and require proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the request.
